ПОЛИТИКЕ АКТИВАЦИЈЕ У ФУНКЦИЈИ НЕОЛИБЕРАЛИЗАЦИЈЕ СОЦИЈАЛНИХ ПРАВА У ЕВРОПИ НАКОН ЕКОНОМСКЕ КРИЗЕ

Сажетак

Економска криза која је захватила простор Европе 2008. године довела је, између осталог, и до пораста стопе незапослености и стопе сиромаштва у европским државама. С обзиром на утврђену међуповезаност незапослености са појавом сиромаштва, препорука Европске уније односила се на повећање запослености у државама чланицама. Предмет овог рада су програми активације на тржишту рада у европским државама од почетка економске кризе, док су циљеви одређени као дескрипција садржине националних програма активације на тржишту рада и класификација програма активације у односу на карактеристике програма и повезаност ових програма са програмима подршке минималном приходу. Рад је заснован на идеационом и институционалном приступу у истраживању, уз примену компаративне методе, студије случаја и анализе садржаја докумената. Резултати указују на постепено усклађивање политика активације на тржишту рада у државама Европе у правцу неолибералног модела активације, као и јачање условљености учешћем у овим активационим мерама за приступ програмима подршке сиромашној популацији.
