ПОЛИТИКЕ КАРБОНСКИХ/ УГЉОВОДОНИЧКИХ ДЕМОКРАТИЈА: НАФТА КАО ПОЛИТИЧКИ (МЕТА-)НАРАТИВ

Сажетак

Овај рад се бави метанаративним значајем карбонских/угљоводоничних енергената, фосилних горива, за, са једне стране, теорију демократије и, са друге стране, њиховом метанаративном позицијом у оквиру најважнијих теорија безбедности међународних/међудржавних односа. Рад је студија о томе како чињенице у форми одређених теорија покрећу карбонске/угљеноводоничне наративе демократије и међународних односа. Када говоримо о карбонским/угљоводоничним демократијама ми заправо анализирамо различита демократска устројства произашла на преваленцији политичког дискурса угља или нафте. Док је први енергент омогућио форсирање егалитаризма, други је демократију изложио технократским и плутократским тенденцијама. Симултано, рад се бави и са недемократским потенцијалима рентијерских држава. На нивоу међународног система, из реалистичког ракурса, борба за карбонске ресурсе, карбонску/енергетску зависност и ресурсни/карбонски национализам је есецијално питање моћи и благостања једне државе. Либерално поимање међународних енергетских политика подразумева тржишно и кооперативно дизајнирање енергетских односа од стране различитих државних и недржавних институција и организација. Из конструктувистичког угла, у фокусу је петро-секуритизација и читав низ засебних како јавних тако и приватних културалних, економских и политичких перцепција које нафти дају вишесктрука контекстуално-симболичка значења.
