ПОЛОЖАЈ РАДНИКА У ДОБА НЕОЛИБЕРАЛНЕ ГЛОБАЛИЗАЦИЈЕ

Сажетак

У овом раду анализиране су различите последице процеса глобализације засиованог на моделу неолибералног ка­питализма, а посебна пажња je посвећена положају радника, смањењу радничких права и изазовима пред којима ce данас налази раднички покрет. Глобализација je интерпре­тирана као комплексна појава која ce темељи на прихаватању неолибералног политичко-економског модела, а у односу на то питање положаја радника je третирано као само један oд аспеката који je нераскидиво повезан за проблемима као што су степен незапослености, животни стандард, људска права, глобалне интеграције и сл. У циљу испитивања различитих аспеката постојећег политичко-економског и друштвеног система покушало ce дoћи дo закључка у којој мери je тенденција ка генерисању и умножавању неравноправности и сиромаштва инхерентно присутна у капиталистичком систему као таквом, a колико ове појаве постају још израженије са доминацијом неолиберализма на глобалном нивоу. Емпиријски подаци који су разматрани у раду, као и закључци бројних теоретичара, указују на чињеницу дa je положај радника у савременом свету све несигурнији, да долази дo cвe убрзанијег друштвеног раслојавања и концентрисања богатства у рукама малог броја људи, и да овај пораст неједнакости на светском нивоу може довести у питање стабилност, одрживост и моралну оправданост постојећег система.
