ПОЛИТИЧКИ КОНЦЕПТ „МЕНАЏЕРСКЕ РЕВОЛУЦИЈЕ” У ДЕЛИМА ЏЕЈМСА БЕРНАМА

Сажетак

Џејмс Бернам (James Burnham), амерички конзервативни мислилац 20. века, познат је по својој идеји „менаџерске револуције”, изложеној у истоименом делу из 1941. године. Бернам наводи нову менаџерску елиту, насталу из потребе власника за стручњацима у вођењу комплексних, интернационалних процеса, као наследнике дотадашњих капиталистичких и социјалистичких структура. Сходно њиховој растућој друштвеној улози, Бернам анализира утицај менаџерске елите како у јавном, тако и у приватном сектору, уз осврт на последице овакве трансформације по демократски систем. Иако Бернамов рад није нашao своје место у идејном мејнстриму, постоји известан утицај његове мисли у савременим конзервативним и популистичким круговима. Циљ овог рада је критички осврт на концепт менаџеризма и његов утицај на трансформацију односа друштвених елита, моћи и демократије.
