БАЛКАНИЗАЦИЈА И ОРИЈЕНТАЛИЗАЦИЈА? РЕЛАЦИОНИ ТЕОРИЈСКИ ПРИСТУП РАЗУМЕВАЊУ ГЕОДИПЛОМАТИЈЕ ПРИСТУПНИХ ПАРТНЕРСТАВА ЕВРОПСКЕ УНИЈЕ

Сажетак

Предмет овог истраживања је одвијање геодипломатије приступних партнерстава Европске уније у Источном партнерству и на Западном Балкану. Опкорачивање граница и проблема и искључивање и повлачење нових граница је оно што вођење геодипломатије чини да надсвођује приступну партнерску дипломатију и на Истоку Европе у најновијим приступним партнерским дипломатским односима са Западним Балканом образовањем полусуверених малих држава и уобручавањем посебног региона хегемоно га пенетрирајући од 1997. године приступном партнерском дипломатијом. Обухватиће се и ток процеса зачињања од средине 2022. године приступне партнерске геодипломатије Европске уније на Истоку према три државе са којима је до тада вођена суседска партнерска дипломатија ради њихове хегемоне пенетрације политиком проширења. Искључивана могућност измењеним околностима постала је нужни обрт како би се створио истурени одбрамбени штита на Истоку у покренутом вођењу ривалитетне геодипломатије се заговорницима ‘Глобалног Поретка Модернизације’ који предводи Народна Република Кина. Ривалитетна геодипломатија приступне партнерске дипломатије Европске уније није имуна на утицаје моћи партнера приступања како се претпоставља. То видљиво отискивање њихове моћи је балканизацијом геодипломатије приступне партнерске дипломатије ЕУ на Западном Балкану, а оријентализацијом геодипломатије приступне партнерске дипломатије у Источном партнерству, посебно отискивањем моћи Украјине опирањем демократизацији за чије заобилажење рат не може бити оправдање.
