ВИСОКО ОБРАЗОВАЊЕ И НАУКА У РЕПУБЛИЦИ АЛБАНИЈИ: САРАДЊА СА ФРАНЦУСКОМ РЕПУБЛИКОМ, СТАЊЕ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЕ

Сажетак

Рад обухвата широко поље настанка, развоја, али и актуелног стања у високом образовању и науци у Републици Албанији. Високо образовање је у свим посткомунистичким државама огледало читавог друштва и политичко-економског стања државе, те се и у Албанији може приметити дуг еволуциони процес превирања између конзервативних и либералнијих високообразовних политика који је за последицу имао пад квалитета образовања и научног истраживања. На том путу усклађивања са светским и европским стандардима у области високог образовања и науке, рад истражује улогу Француске Републике из чега проистиче истраживачко питање: На ком нивоу су билатерални односи између Републике Албаније и Француске Републике у области високог образовања и науке, имајући у виду да је Република Албанија стални члан франкофоне организације, као и чињеницу да је удео албанског франкофоног становништва знатан? Рад ће нарочито узети у обзир мобилност албанских студената, програме и пројекте који се спроводе на албанским универзитетима уз помоћ Владе Француске, универзитета, градова и региона, и приватних компаније, али ће обухватити и проблеме превеликог одлива образованог и радно способног становништва. Закључак ауторке је да је присуство Француске незанемарљиво, али и даље недовољно с обзиром на традиционално добре односе ових двеју држава. Од нарочитог значаја ће бити коришћење методе анализе докумената, генеалогије, као и аналитичко-дескриптивних метода.
