НЕОВЛАШЋЕНО ИЗВОЂЕЊЕ АРХЕОЛОШКИХ РАДОВА

Сажетак

У фокусу овог научно-истраживачког рада јесте кривичноправни аспект неовлашћеног извођења археолошких радова, проблематика која представља све већи изазов за очување културног наслеђа у глобалном контексту. Истраживање детаљно разматра законске механизме који су постављени за борбу против ове појаве, са посебним нагласком на анализу чл. 353а Кривичног законика Републике Србије. Рад освјетљава кључне кривичноправне изазове повезане са ефикасном примјеном и спровођењем Кривичног законика Републике Србије који санкционише неовлашћена археолошка ископавања. Такође, истражује се улога међународних организација у креирању синергијског оквира за заштиту културног наслеђа и потреба за јачањем међународне правне сарадње. Закључци истраживања наглашавају потребу за свеобухватним приступом у рјешавању проблема везаних за извођење неовлашћених археолошких радова.
