ZAPADNO-BALKANSKA MIGRANTSKA RUTA: UTICAJ KANDIDATURE ZA ČLANSTVO U EVROPSKOJ UNIJI NA POZICIJE SRBIJE

Sažetak

Predmet rada je uticaj migracija iz država zapadne Azije i severne Afrike na Srbiju, u kontekstu njene pozicije i odnosa sa susednim državama sa kojima sačinjava Zapadno-balkansku rutu, kao i sa Evropskom unijom. Cilj rada je sagledavanje i analiza uticaja Evropske unije na preoblikovanje postupaka i mera sprovođenih u oblasti upravljanja migracijama tokom trajanja migrantske „krize“. Polazeći od teorijskog pristupa o različitim mehanizmima širenja uticaja EU na države kandidate, a na osnovu kvalitativne analize sadržaja, osnovni nalazi rada upućuju na to da kandidatura Srbije za članstvo u Uniji predstavlja važan podsticaj za razvoj nacionalnih politika i praksi prema migrantima. Uvodni deo propraćen je teorijskim razmatranjima o difuziji politika i vrednosti Evropske unije. Slede opis i analiza odnosa Srbije sa ostalim državama Zapadno-balkanske rute i sa Evropskom unijom.
