UTICAJ MEDIJA NA POLITIČKU MOĆ TERORISTIČKIH GRUPA

Sažetak

Kontakt između terorizma i ljudske populacije se obavlja putem masovnih medija i što je više ljudi svesno njihove uloge, postaje jasno da oni emituju događaje u cilju pridobijanja gledanosti. Izveštavanje o terorizmu je prepuno novinarskih dilema i paradoksa, čiji je cilj da objektivno, pošteno i tačno informišu javnost i stoga će se u radu objasniti varijacije u medijskom pokrivanju različitih vrsta terorizma. Dokazano je da postoji simbiotička veza između terorističkih grupa i medija, i uspostavljen je jedan formalni koji se fokusira na strateške interakcije među njima. Manipulacija i eksploatacija medija od strane terorista je pokazala da oni igraju ključnu ulogu u njihovom propagandnom ratu. Mnoge terorističke organizacije koriste potencijale medija kako bi orijentisali i usmerili teror i postigli efikasnije pridobijanje publike, jer su moderni teroristi postali svesni novih mogućnosti za vršenje masovnog psihološkog uticaja koristeći najnovija sredstva masovnih komunikacija. Ovaj rad će takođe ispitati strategije i taktike ovog novog obrasca medijski orijentisanog terorizma i njegovog uticaja na publiku koja se, posredstvom medija, pridružuje širenju krugova njegovih žrtava.
