ТРЕНДОВИ РЕДИСТРИБУЦИЈЕ БЛАГОСТАЊА У ЕВРОПСКИМ ДРЖАВАМА БЛАГОСТАЊА

Сажетак

Начин редистрибуције социјалних бенефиција је кључан критеријум разликовања модела држава благостања у европској пракси. Системи социјалне сигурности широм Европе након економске кризе 2008. године реструктуирају социјална права. У складу са тим, главни циљеви рада су одређивање карактера и садржаја редистрибутивне политике у европским државама благостања након економске кризе, као и откривање праваца реформских политика у скоријем периоду. Aнализом трошења на социјалне бенефиције према типу и функцији утврдиће се обрасци редистрибуције на европском нивоу и на нивоу европских социјалних модела. Налази упућују на закључак да долази до проширивања редистрибутивне функције држава, повећавања јавних трошења и реструктуирања права у правцу смањивања декомодификације. Упркос приближавањима у формулисању и спровођењу социјалних права, државе либералног, корпоративног и социјалдемократског модела и даље задржавају карактеристике социјалног модела коме припадају.
