TRANSFORMACIONO/HARIZMATIČNO LIDERSTVO I MOTIVACIONA SPREMNOST SLEDBENIKA
Sažetak
Bas (Bass, 1990) je predložio klasifikaciju stilova liderstva u okviru koje definiše transformaciono, transakciono i laisez-faire liderstvo (koje zapravo podrazumeva izostanak liderskog faktora). U ovom radu bavićemo se analizom transformacionog stila liderstva čija je osnovna karakteristika harizmatičan uticaj na sledbenike. Iz tog harizmatičnog uticaja proizilazi i visoka motivaciona spremnost sledbenika da autentično slede viziju transformacionog lidera. Istraživanja pokazuju da transformacioni stil liderstva visoko korelira sa motivacionom spremnošću sledbenika (Bovey & Hede, 2001).U radu ćemo takođe diskutovati principe etičkog liderstva (poštovanje sledbenika, služenje sledbenicima, princip pravičnosti, iskrenost u odnosu sa sledbenicima, uticaj na izgradnju i razvoj zajednice) i povezati primenu ovih principa sa karakteristikama transformacionog liderskog stila u koji su utkani upravo ovi navedeni principi liderske etičnosti. Motivaciona spremnost sledbenika odnosi se pre svega na otvorenost prema promenama i spremnosti na promene, što je u uslovima modernog poslovanja ali i u širem društvenom i socijalnom kontekstu preduslov razvoja svake organizacija ili sistema. Fokus rada je na dinamici razmene između lidera i sledbenika u cilju što efikasnije realizacije ciljeva uz uvažavanje etičkih principa liderstva. Pretpostavka je da uspostavljanje ovakve dinamike odnosa može imati pozitivan uticaj na sisteme i organizacije u kojima su lideri delatni ali i na širu društvenu zajednicu. Neki od faktora koje ćemo u radu diskutovati, značajno prevazilaze kontekst korporativnog funkcionisanja i mogu se istraživati i u okviru drugih društvenih i socijalnih organizacija i političkih stranaka.
