РЕГИОНИ У “СТАРОМ” И “НОВОМ” МЕЂУНАРОДНОМ РЕГИОНАЛИЗМУ: УСПОСТАВЉАЊЕ НОВОГ “НИВОА АНАЛИЗЕ” СВЕТСКЕ ПОЛИТИКЕ

Сажетак

Рад се бави оствареним разумевањем региона као “покретачке силе светске политике” у “новом” међународном региона­лизму. Предочени су остварени налази “новог” међународног регионализма и издвојене кључне потврде које је скуп теорија и праваца истраживања под тим “именом” приложио извођењу ре­гиона до новог “трећег” нивоа анализе светске политике, битног градива глобалног поретка и стварних међународних односа, односно самог предмета научног проучавања стварности стварних међународних односа. Прво су саопштена носећа становишта “новог” међународног регионализма о значају региона као пред­мета проучавања. Затим су у подвучене разлике између разумевања глобализације и регионализма као покретача светске политике. Представљени су покушаји новог регионализма да ради сазнајне плодотворности избегне “кљусу” деобе та два неодвојиво спрегнута процеса. Изнети су у том оквиру резултати спроведених теоријска настојања Базана и Вивера, на једној, и Питера Каценстајна, на другој страни, да се свет посматра као свет региона, увиђањем спрегнутости глобализације и регионализма, а не отцепљености једног процеса од другог. Кратки преглед основних појмова “но­вог” проучавања међународних региона дат је у трећем делу рада. Прегледном осветљавању најважнијих питања светске политике из угла “новог” међународног регионализма посвећен је завршни део. Понуђен је закључак да успостављајући проучавање региона, као особеног слоја у склопу глобалне владавине, “нови” међународни регионализам пружа свежи доток знања целокупним међународним студијама о томе како се данас прави светска политика.
