ПРОЦЕС ПРОШИРЕЊА ЕУ: КОНЦЕПТ «ПРЕЛИВАЊА»

Сажетак

У овом чланку, аутори се баве питањем процеса проширења ЕУ. Да ли се процес проширења ЕУ може сагледати кроз призму неофункционалистичке теорије и процеса преливања? Аутори у раду указују на неке недоречености класичне неофункционалистиче школе, али сматрају да савремени неофункционализам може представљати користан аналитички оквир за објашњење динамике процеса проширења ЕУ. Чланак ће бити подељен у два дела. У првом делу, аутори анализирају концепт преливања као основу нео­функционалистичке логике. Полазећи од схватања овог концепта у класичној неофункционалистичкој теорији, указаће се на неке недостатке, и на редефинисање овог концепта од стране савременог неофункционализма. У другом делу, аутори настоје да објасне процес проширења ЕУ кроз призму концепта преливања. Основно полазиште je да концепт преливања није само релевантан за анали­зу унутрашње структуре ЕУ, већ и за процес проширења ЕУ, који се може сагледати двоструко: као «унутрашње» преливање у оквиру ЕУ, али и као «спољашње» преливање изван граница ЕУ.
