PRIKUPLJANJE OBAVEŠTAJNIH PODATAKA KAO IZAZOV POŠTOVANJU LJUDSKIH PRAVA
Sažetak
Mnoge aktuelne debate na temu ljudskih prava nalaze se u okviru modernih izazova i okolnosti, naročito u sektoru bezbednosti. Tokom dvadesetog veka, institucionalna zloupotreba moći ugrozila je mnoge moralne perspektive, između ostalog i onu koja se tiče poštovanja ljudskih prava. Ljudska prava u tom smislu ne treba posmatrati kao sekundarni fenomen, već kao esenciju organizacione i kulturne postavke današnjeg sveta. Borba protiv terorizma je donela nove izazove i nove pritiske za brojne vlade. Politike i metode koje se u ovoj borbi koriste, mnogi autori karakterišu kao nemoralne i kontra-produktivne. Nacionalna bezbednost je jedan od najvažnijih principa za države i građane, ali njeni dometi ne smeju ugroziti druge političke, društvene i moralne vrednosti.
