PREDLOZI REFORME SAVETA BEZBEDNOSTI UJEDINJENIH NACIJA

Sažetak

U ovom radu autor analizira predloge reforme Saveta bezbednosti Ujedinjenih nacija koje su podnosile članice UN i njihove interesne grupe, Predsednik Generalne skupštine UN i Generalni sekretar UN, u periodu od usvajanja Rezolucije 47/62 od 11. decembra 1992. do okončanja desete runde međuvladinih pregovora u junu 2014. godine. Cilj rada je da predstavi glavna rešenja koja su u predlozima data za dva ključna pitanja reforme SB proširenje članstva SB i domašaj i način korišćenja prava veta. Rad se sastoji iz tri dela. U prvom delu je dat prikaz sadržaja Prve reforme SB (1963-1965) i razloga za novu refor­mu. U drugom delu su analizirani predlozi razmatra ni u okviru Otvorene radne grupe GS do 2007. godine, a u trećem predlozi iz dosadašnjeg toka međuvladinih pregovora koji su počeli 2009.
