ПОЛИТИКА АЗИЛА У ЕВРОПСКОЈ УНИЈИ

Сажетак

Предмет овог рада јесте еволуција политике азила у Европској унији. Циљ рада јесте да укаже на значај који политит азила има у области слободе, безбедности и правде. Суштинска претпоставка од које полази аутор јесте да повећање броја тражиоца азила пресудно условљава развој политике азила. Користећи компаративно-дескриптивну методу, заједно са ана­лизом садржаја, аутор покушава да одговори на следећа питања:

• како се развијала политика азила
• које су то околности условиле њенo пребацивање на комунитарни ниво
• шта све треба урадити како би се формирао заједнички систем европског азила
