Сажетак

Политички аналитичари су развили више теоријских образаца који помажу у разумевању емпиријских процеса одлучивања у јавним политикама, значају тих процеса, као и њихових ефеката. Различити обрасци одсликавају различите политичке праксе и могу се употребљавати само у одређеним околностима, односно при испуњавању одређених предуслова. Ураду се описује неколико најпознатијих образаца. Ови се међусобно не искључују, не налазе се у конкурентском односу, већ се често чак узајамно допуњују.
