INTERRELIGIJSKI DIJALOG I POLITIKA: NIJE PITANjE „ŠTA“ VEĆ „KAKO“?
Sažetak
Iako svetske religije imaju mnogo toga zajedničkog, istorija sveta prepuna je primera kako su politika i politički akteri bili veoma efikasni u instrumentalizaciji onog što ih razdvaja i deli u cilju postizanja političkih ciljeva. Neretko se dešavalo i obrnuto. To su, između ostalog, i razlozi zašto je istorija svetskih religija u stvari istorija sukoba i ratova. Interreligijski dijalog predstavlja jedan od pokušaja prevazilaženja nesuglasica između svetskih religija. U skladu sa tim, osnovna teza koju autor dokazuje u ovom radu jeste da interreligijski dijalog ima važnu (geo)političku dimenziju i funkciju. Međutim, ova dimenzija interreligijskog dijaloga dugo je bila zanemarivana. Posledično, postoji jaz u, pre svega, domaćoj literaturi u istraživanju političke dimenzije interreligijskog dijaloga. U radu koristim relevantnu polit-religiološku literaturu i na savremenim primerima dokazujemo koliko je (geo)politička dimenzija interreligijskog dijaloga važna za istraživače i kako iskoristiti interreligijski dijalog u cilju jačanja demokratskih potencijala savremenih društava.
