GLOBALNE BEZBEDNOSNE TRANSFORMACIJE: EKSPLANATORNI POTENCIJAL SAVREMENIH PRISTUPA MEĐUNARODNOJ BEZBEDNOSTI

Sažetak

Analiza konceptualne evolucije i glavnih odlika aktuelnih pristupa fenomenu međunarodne bezbednosti, sa svom inter­pretativnom raznolikošću teoretskog „pejzaža“ u periodu od II svetskog rata do sada, dozvoljava adekvatnije načelno sagledavanje implicitnih i eksplicitnih dimenzija odnosa između bezbednosne teorije i bezbednosne prakse. Kritičko identifikovanje problematičnih zona te relacije bi, sa jedne strane, ukazalo na potencijalne smernice novog poimanja bezbednosti u eri globalizacije (konceptualno udaljavanje od države kao jedinog referentnog objekta studija bezbednosti) i, sa druge strane, omogućilo preciznije profilisanje strateških orijentira srpske bezbedno­sne agende na domaćem, regionalnom i svetskom nivou.
