Sažetak

Feministički socijalni rad predstavlja integraciju feminističkih ideja i prakse socijalnog rada sa ciljem obogaćenja pristupa klijentima, uvažavajući razlike i dominantne društvene diskurse. Kao takav razvijan je u Americi, Kanadi i anglosak­sonskom području, dok u Srbiji nikada nije bio prepoznat kao feministički. Rad se bavi istraživanjem razvoja i osnovnih kon­cepata feminizma i socijalnog rada kako u svetskim kontekstima, tako i u Srbiji pokušavajući da identifikuje razloge za izostanak ove sintagme. Cilj rada je razmatranje identiteta obe profesije, u cilju eliminisanja socijalne opresije. Profesionalni identitet nije novo pitanje, već svevremeno koje je kao koncept fluidno, složeno, stalno u izgradnji i promenljivo.
