DOBROSUSEDSKI ODNOSI NA BALKANU KAO USLOV ZA PRISTUPANJE EVROPSKOJ UNIJI: PREPREKA ILI DOBRA PRAKSA?

Sažetak

Ovaj naučni rad pokazuje da se pitanje dobrosusedskih odnosa na Balkanu kao uslova za pridruživanje EU, mora posmatrati pre svega kroz pravnu dimenziju zasnovanu na postojećem legislativnom okviru EU kojim se uređuje sam tok i uslovi prijema u EU. U dosadašnjoj praksi zemalja Balkana, u ovom radu obrađenoj kroz četiri studije slučaja međusobnih sporova između zemalja kandidata i/ili zemalja članica (Hrvatske, Srbije, Crne Gore, BJR Makedonije i Grčke), vidi se da je često prijem u EU imao i političku dimenziju. Zaključak koji se u istraživanju nameće je da bi u budućem periodu EU, prilikom procesa pridruživanja zemalja suseda na Balkanu, trebalo strogo da insistira na izbegavanju bilo kakve političke dimenzije u rešavanju njihovih međusobnih sporova, što će i sam proces pridruživanja znatno unaprediti i olakšati.
