АНАЛИЗА ЗАДОВОЉСТВА КОМУНИКАЦИЈОМ И ОРГАНИЗАЦИОНЕ ПОСВЕЋЕНОСТИ ЗАПОСЛЕНИХ

Сажетак

Овај рад истражује да ли постоји веза између задовољства комуникацијом и организационе посвећености запослених. Мотив истраживања била је жеља да се утврди да ли постоји оправданост претпоставке да се повећањем задовољства комуникацијом код запослених повећава њихова посвећеност организацији. Истраживање је засновано на студијама које су анализирале повезаност задовољства комуникацијом и организационе посвећености запослених, које су спровели Федерико Варон (1996. године) и Томас Нг [Ng] и сарадници (2006. године). Основни разлог зашто је важно знати одговор на ово истраживачко питање представља доказивање улоге коју задовољство комуникацијом има у процесу стварања и интензивирања организационе посвећености запослених, а самим тим у креирању успешне организације (њене „организационе културе“) и њене конкурентске предности.

Истраживање се темељи на одговорима прикупљеним стандардизованим и структурираним анкетним упитником на узорку од 105 испитаника, током другог полугодишта школске 2018/2019. године. Истраживањем су обухваћени запослени у основној школи „Вук Караџић” из Књажевца, средњој „Техничкој школи” из Књажевца и средњој „Економској школи” из Ниша.

За статистичку анализу прикупљених података на нивоу дескриптивне статистике коришћене су мере централне тенденције (медијана) и мере варијабилитета (стандардна девијација). Од непараметријских тестова за процену зависности између варијабли коришћен је Спирманов коефицијент корелације.
